  • Don’t think ever felt as proud to be a Bolton fan. 2 kids, the wife, peteski and my old man kicking and heading every ball at the end like it was the World Cup final.  We are in it together

  • Our lot gutted, but well done your kids - showed a lot of heart (and got stuck in). Good luck for the rest of the season.

Anyone complaining about the price needs to get a grip.

actually they’re fucking morons.

£24 may be slightly above what i was expecting but I’d say yes a fair price.

Fylde are charging £18 in the conference.

Swindon in L2 charging £19.

stop moaning!

I suspect it’s just another reason for the morons to justify not going....

Wycombe ticket prices where very similar to the ticket prices we have set, no one moaned about that?  I can see why people are pissed off, but I’ll be there!

1800 people will go. I’m sure they will on sat. The argument doesn’t stack up.

😂 slight difference being them clubs probably offered season tickets before charging this unlike ours

I suppose people who are moaning but still gonna go to the game are exempt from my rant 😊

Not sure that we can moan at anyone about the prices. Neither BWFC or FV will have decided on £24 I’m guessing? My thought is that the admins have worked out how much to charge to make sure that the match isn’t played at a loss.

Completely understand people saying it’s a mistake or a missed opportunity but do you really think the admins look at it that way or even care? They have no love for our club. They just want to get a deal done and a game played on Saturday

Its £24 end of. Either go or don’t. It’s that simple. And if people don’t they also shouldn’t be criticised imo. It’s a free world. I’ll be there and unhappy at £24 but I missed Wycombe and if that’s what it costs so be it

we shall find out on Saturday how many will pay that price. Still no news on corporate so I guess that not ready yet

I’ll be there but more out of a stupid loyalty than any common sense. Whatever happens I hope the new owners are ready for a big PR offensive when they take over. They’ll need it

Ticket office dan who used to post on here said no corporate

I'd say the price is reasonable imo. The thing that bugs me is the 'no sales on the day' tagline. I honestly don't have the option to print at home or at work. I would actually rather queue for an hour at the ticket office.

One thing looming on the horizon is pay day

At the moment, I suspect the piggy bank is empty

Admin needs to get as much in there as they can

Maybe they think bwfc have fans just relieved to have a club who won't whinge over a few quid

Id say no on the day is a police stipulation

Allows gmp and admin to agree staffing levels

And you can collect tickets on Saturday if you want

Alternatively, buy a ticket, email me and I'll meet you with it

I think £20 would have generated similar gate receipts to £24.  The difference is only the cost of a pint but will no doubt put many off. (Not me by the way).

i assume the no pay on day is a Police request.

That was my thought. I’m off to Dublin in the morning working there til Friday night. I’m thinking I can email it to my father in law to print for me as my printer’s fucked

Looking ahead could the club allow you to download on to your phone much like boarding cards for some airlines?

Offers there for you too

But I'll need to print it Friday before dinner

It's £75+vat for corporate. Platinum suite or boxes (10 people) only.

Despite last Saturday being brilliant this Saturday is arguably more important

prices are higher than I expected but understand why.

Anyone not going because it is £24 rather than £20 or less may as well admit they are not that arsed about the club surviving.

Wycombe had a code

Qr isn't it

I still printed em off

Rounding up 8 pisscans round my phone didn't seem the best idea

The prices are set by administrators trying to keep club alive. It’s not about building momentum or trying to get fans onside. I think it was touch and go whether they even could afford to put game on at all.

Its a high price but suspect they will do well to break even whatever the price.

Can someone please do an analysis of the increase in ticket sales through reduced ticket prices? When it’s a fiver or a tenner.

its resulted in increases of 500 - 1000 fans absolute maximum.

Kens mentioned it about 10’times and he’s the main mon

Pay what the club ask, this is the club's hour of need.  The great Harry Gosling did a speech at Burnden Park to rally the team and fans in our countries hour of need, now it's our turn to do and show how much we need a football club in this town.   I'm in, I'm going, and I hope I'll be doing my little bit so future generations have a turnstile to click through here in our town.  COYFWM

How do we pin this to every thread?

Only thing I'd question is why we can't be buying online from now

Also are we looking to prevent Coventry buying home tickets?

Prob a charge, we we don't want to pay as we want to maximise profit.

If they'd priced it at £10 do people honestly think it would meant we could have opened upper and lower and filled the ground?

The moans on social media are mainly  about paying the money to watch kids which is missing the fucking point and where we are at by so much it's astounding.

If theyd priced it at £10 with a call to arms appeal for everyone to get there and show they want a club i reckon we would be near 20000. Appreciate the administrators dont give a shit thet just want paying but think they could have made money AND kept feel good factor with cheaper tickets. Now it could be like one of those shit cup games.

Anyway whats done is done
