That would defo be enough to make me jump Ship

to be fair I’m not sure they would let you in anyway if was a points based system so probably irrelevant plus you would prefer to sit in post brexit England moaning like fuck rather than change it you’ve made that clear previously

burnhams fine with tier 3 if those forced to stop working get properly compensated

Hes worked out that unless the home counties are on lockdown, the rest of the country will be left to suffer financially

😇

But, why stop a massive part of the country working and functioning when infection rates are low?

Just been to Hawes, there have been 4 infections, all one family, which was headline local news.

As bad an idea as I’ve ever heard. Mentalists only need apply.

Love Hawes me, one of my favourite places.

Can’t see him getting it to a court.

Dont the government have emergency powers on this?

Burnham was suggesting a nationwide circuit breaker would be his preferred option.

Tend to agree

I'm torn. Certainly has some merits, and in theory makes sense. Just not sure that 2 or 3 weeks is long enough, especially so given the increasing number of twats. See Liverpool overnight.

The drive from K Lonsdale to Hawes is magnificent

What are the merits of closing down regions with low rates of infection?

Read somewhere a person putting forward the idea of a 2 week circuit break job every quarter until we get a vaccine

The SNP are both socialist and nationalist. So National Socialists.😳

Not sure how you’d ‘lump in’ with them but good luck.👍

Not referring to everyone. No need elsewhere. Just a consideration for round here.

Parts of the south are rising too now and who knows what they will face soon.

Anyway, your mate is on the box.

Scottish grandad = Scottish passport if ever such a thing did come into being.

That's if I don't get an Irish one first.

Good, because you'd have had to have fucked off before I moved in.

As I put In my edited post I’m not sure you would get in under a point based immigration system anyway. Got to add value. Moaning fuckers get a start of - 20 on the scorecard

Wouldn’t bother me either way as I would be straight south of the border if it happened. Independence that is. Already got a shortlist of places to live

By your own admission, you don't bother much with politics. Currently, the tories are arguably less "public school" than ever.

Not that a public school education means someone is automatically a twat.

There are plenty of such people in Scotland too, many a land owner or Laird etc. You'll not be escaping to a socialist paradise. Plenty of room for a shed though.
