My mates girlfriend works in hospitality, she's been furloughed since last April, she's not been to the office once. She's already said that when furlough finishes she'll be made redundant, she knows that, as the owner of the company says he'll have to fold, but he'll keep it running as long as the furlough is being paid.

It’s usually leather, but I suppose times are hard and wood is all they can afford.

Still, counting to 100 whilst holding your breath should get you invited back for a full membership appraisal.

Be good though, getting black balled in these places isn’t for the faint hearted.

Depends. Some shows are happy to take the hit in revenue for socially distanced performances, some have decided its not worth it until we can get full houses again. Also the cost of keeping cast and crew covid free without many changes and cancellations is an issue.

When London was in tier 2 there were shows on but they were specially created and socialy distanced. So there will be certain shows on. All depends on making money as with anything else, and lie everyone else the sector is in the dark at the moment. West end shows can come back quicker as they take up residenacy in venues, so the stuff is there if they haven't struck the set and paid for storage.

I would imagine its the former.

If it was purely the latter, the younger groups you'd assume would be lower until they finished off the older ones.

They also redirected quite a bit to slower areas too.

Going to have to get tougher with them, or face (local) lockdowns in future.
