Wycombe (H)

Hard to look foward to this! Wycombe have a lost a bit of form since the start of the season when they was top of league, clinging onto a playoff spot.

They have been beaten in their last four away games. Hopefully Crawford's is nearing a comeback which will be a positive.

Oh, as somebody above said, despite that United mon being stuck out right, first half was ok

Second was utter wank

Whether that's Lowe being removed from midfield or just general wankness of the players, take your pick

Would be best if we could just call it quits for this year

This is why FV have to act for next season we need to feel engaged and positive about next season, a clean sweep a new manager otherwise ST sales are going to a very difficult sell.

Changing managers to sell tickets won't end well

If hill gets potted, I'll lose no sleep, but those itk have to make the decisions but it has to take account of the circumstances and if they think he's had a fair go

If they think he has, then get shut

If there's more to it that none of us know, maybe he never had a chance

I'd definitely definitely keep hill and flicroft if it meant lee and Phillips went

Why not get shut of all 4?

We need a manager who can put the professionalism and structure back in place, a modern day Phil Neal if you like.

Because I don't do change just for the sake of it

Like I say, if FV think all things considered they need to go, fine

Some tactics are baffling .Why do we constantly target O'Grady from our keeper .A guy who can barely get off the ground .If the tactic is to win the ball in the air then maybe stick Murphy out there even though its a shit idea .Some truly awful performances today for me only Lowe & Hamilton can be happy with their performances although Politic always tries to get a shot off which is creditable in a team of shot shy plonkers.Hill allegedly knows his oinions well he was right to substitute both fullbacks who were both booked & both gash.Although I didnt get the plan to play Dodoo as our lone target man , a player who persists in barging into the opponent not even looking at the ball.

Bob on.

Emmanuel had to be replaced but why not use the right back he had on the bench and who's going to be here next season? Taking Lowe out of the middle and leaving Luke Murphy in there on his own, surrendered any initiative we had.

As soon as they came out after half time and he'd moved Lowe to right back you knew it was game over, i'm not UEFA A qualified and I can see that so it's fucking baffling.

As part of the wider picture of hills future, does anybody really think he wanted Bridcutt, earl, verlinden and Wright out of the club in January

He's a pain in interviews and odd as fuck but there is a bigger picture at play

Didn’t he send Earl and Wright back himself?

Who knows

And that's my point

That's all

Is Philips and lee to blame ? KH criticism of the under 23 but we let Conner hall go to Chorley to release a squad place so the under 23 end up with kids playing for them  .  Could KH do any better himself going of the coaching of the first team I doubt it

Wright? Are you for real?

The sad thing is, for a 20 minute spell we passed the ball better than we have all season.

Confidence amongst the players is shot and as soon as we conceded the first goal they seemed to accept the inevitable.

It's almost as bad as last season.

Oh and Remi's initial contact looked outside the box to me.

Anyone else notice the Ref laughing and joking with the Wycombe players? He was certainly enjoying the "bants" with them most of the game, at least he got the result he wanted....the cunt.

Regardless of what Hill wanted I think Bridcutt wanted out which is more telling for me.

Weak as piss at the back

absolutely irrelevant in midfield

Impotent up top

been like that for weeks with not one sign that any of it has or is going to improve

Fuck off Keef , and when you get there fuck off again .

Hard to know what to say after that.

Didn't think wycombe were much cop really, but as usual our fuck ups lead to soft goals.

God help faal if he isn’t ready for this woeful team

In fairness, would we have ended up signing any of them ??

Taking our Keystone Cops cock ups out of it there was very little difference between us & a team that now sits 3rd in the table. That's how shit this league is & why its so frustrating.

Something just isn’t right. And yeah I know that’s an obvious startement but post takeover we played the likes of Sunderland Blackpool and Oxford and played great football and looked a real threat and a team with a plan and some alright players.

injuries aside it’s been getting worse and worse with the odd exception of games like Tranmere but other than that they do not resemble a professional football team in anything but name. He’s either lost the dressing room completely and they just aren’t listening to him or he’s totally inept which I can’t imagine he can be as bad as he’s coming across.

weird thing is all these players who need a new club next year. Who the fuck is going to take them on? Some are playing for their futures so unless they’ve a very good excuse as to why they are playing so poorly I.e something still not right at the club then i can see a few struggling to get a side as they are horseshit.

This is what I was thinking. I know earl said he wanted to stay, but I'm beginning to wonder how many really fancy playing for him. If he's similar in training to his off pitch stuff, then perhaps they don't.

I think we had the better of the early chances, and again, we could have had a couple before they did. Once we had blown ourselves out they came on strong and physical. After that there was only going to be one winner.

The difference was an own goal and a gifted penalty.

Exactly.

A lot to be said for sending out a well drilled, organised team at this level.
