But when you are 6-mile from home youāve no choice but to carry on. Found it tough. Itās all new to me.Ā Kettlebells for me this afternoon.Ā Ā And not to leave Traf out, Iāve been snacking constantly last few days. Crisps, biscuits, chocolates. Red wine last night followed by cheese & biscuits. Eat, eat, eat. All I wanna do. And exercise!
