Got 4 bottles of Biere Mapelli from Aldi. Will give them a try tomorrow when chilled.

Tonight is a bottle of red and a 100g bar of white chocolate 😁

Well, anything is better than Joey Holts shit.

Who wants the pubs to be open?

It's great. Ending is divisive but I'm a fan.

Popped open a Newer World from Northern Monk (Morrisons) - didn't realise it was 7.4% but tastes every single bit of it. Blimey.

Didn’t do it for me, maybe I wasn’t in the right mood, think I was after a bit of an old fashioned jumpy flick. You’re right the ending is a bit odd.

Yep, peroni, San Miguel (although that does seem to get me hammered) and Kronenbourg are also very nice.

like a Guinness as well, but not in cans

Joey Holts?

Not a big fan of their draught stuff, but I picked up some of their bottled golden ales in Skipton last weekend and they weren't bad at all.

I like Joey Holts. Maple Gold is a favourite.

Had a couple of those and a couple of two Hoots.

4 for £6 in an excellent booze shop in Skipton.

That’s decent. Aldi used to sell it £1.25 a bottle until (I drank the lot) they discontinued it

Thornbridge are an excellent brewery, they've really expanded since the days you could only find them in Derbyshire/Sheffield

Looked a smart setup on the video they did for the festival. Making me pine for the pub though.
