I know the dates of birth of my kids so don’t need them plastering on my neck as a reminder.

No point having a Union Jack needled into your calf muscle as it’ll be a relic of the past fairly soon.

Lads who had roses or a heart with MUM on it in the 80’s must be regretting it by now, surely?

Inside of bicep agony but the chest actually knocked me sick. Across the collar bone I could feel it in my teeth. Turned my stomach and had a whitey. Sat outside with a cold wet towel on my head trying not to be sick. Awful. 
 

so went back and got other side done two years later 😁

collar bones a git, but found it really relaxing. the chest one I fell asleep whilst he was doing it, got a bit sore towards the end as it was 3.5 hours.

I was bazooka joe tattooed up to the max as a kid, a galleon on my forehead, lizard on my arm, anchors on my kneecaps,  hated having to wash them off., would try and keep them on for as long as possible. I must have looked like a balloon. Almost got some proper ones in the late 80's, but praise be to Jebus that I didn't. Cartoon tattoos were all the range with teenagers, tweety pie, pink panther, yosemite sam. I'd have looked great on the beach at 75 with Hong Kong phooey on my forearm.

There's no piece of clothing I would want to wear every day for the rest of my life. That's basically what a tattoo is.

Tatts are so cliché now. If you want to stand out don't get a tattoo.
