October 20, 20205 yr Away at a free scoring, top of the league team. Have we got it in us to fight and scrape for a horrible 0-1 win? One of the aways I was most looking forward to this season, shame.

October 20, 20205 yr Tonight was the start of our 24 match unbeaten run. Doyle goes on a scoring spree , bags 2 this game. 2-1 victory , Dion Dublin gets a late consolation for them after crellin passes the ball to him .

October 21, 20205 yr The game could be lost an hour before kick-off, I'll wait for the team sheet before guessing an outcome
October 21, 20205 yr Algorithm for Saturday 3-5-2 = P45 on Monday If we just play 3 in front of the goalie again we'll be slaughtered

October 21, 20205 yr this was my first (and probably only) face in the crowd on the TV highlights moment which I'm still proud of to this day, at the fa cup tie in 2000
October 21, 20205 yr If anyone's got on any footage of Robbie Savage scoring our second in 1988, on a Friday night, I can't fail to be on. Stood right behind the nets going mad with about 200 others. They equalised in last minute. For that Cup tie above, I was stood down the side, we must have taken a fair few, I'd forgot we even had behind the goal.

October 21, 20205 yr Oh right I must have been in seats, no idea why, I'd normally stand if there's an option. Unless it was raining and I went for the covered option! Even though we were on a bit of a downer after the Tranmere semi defeat, there was a real FA Cup buzz about the place, Cambridge were well up for it, so it was an enjoyable win.
