Salford Vain Hire - drive summat for a bit at a cost, and then drop it back and forget about it

I hate them with an absolute passion

Pretty much

Tv rights money

Sponsorship money

Sponsors will go with them, PL will make less revenue, so will the championship etc

It all has a knock on effect.

Clubs are struggling and these greedy fuckers are pulling the ladder up

thats if they buy into it, the outrage tells me sponsorship of a Super League may not be a great business idea

The thing is it affects the entire pyramid. That money thats gets filtered down through the leagues will end up being less because these big drawer audience teams aren’t bringing in the ratings for the sponsorships.

It’s selfish

I disagree Rudy, the total amount of money may be less without these clubs but what there is will be shared more equally and clubs won’t need to pay the stupid and disgusting wages and transfer fees they’re forced to pay now. Let them go, I don’t blame them from a financial perspective and in fact without them, we can get back to how football used to be where anybody can get to the top. The PL ruined our game and getting rid of these parasites might just rejuvenate it again, so bring it on for me.

Without Bayern it’s not a proper super league anyhow. Make up the numbers with a couple of shit Scotch teams if you are having Arsenal and Spurs.

So it looks like this is just a midweek competition that’s being proposed. The clubs want to do this whilst continuing to take the money from the domestic leagues too. Well you can’t have your cake and eat it

If I was a mod, I’d be dishing out bans like confetti tonight.

This Gary Neville cock sucking has to stop now.

Well they can get to fuck with that. Cheeky greedy cunts.

And to think that for generations Citeh defined themselves as the antidote to those crass, soulless money grabbing red twats on the other side of town. Well they're right up there / down there with them now by getting behind this money making scam.

Shameful

What’s the betting these midweek games will have midday kickoff times, just to please their main market?

Be interested to see how this all plays out, lots of things to consider.

Existing competitions could be radically altered or even cease to exist. Premier League have a dilemma that if they expel the big 6 clubs then that could damage the PL's profitability but they also need to show backbone.

For our game to survive the 6 need binning asap. Sky then need to come out and say they are not interested in televising a European league......Game of bluff now until August

3.5 billion each how can that league be sustainable if sky pull out.......ppv would be £100 a game

If this went ahead i guess in ten years a club would be winning the league each season proberbly Real Madrid and Spurs/Arsenal would be bottom each season

This is why you should support your local team

But some people’s local team is United, City, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool or Chelsea.

there are plenty fans of those teams who are equally as horrified at the proposals as the fans of a club in the lower reaches.

its not the fans fault their club owners are turned by the money and lets be honest the numbers on the table are incredible.
