Luke Hutchinson played in Atherton Colls 3-0 home win over Basford Utd. 

Matt Alexander played in Lancaster City's 7-2 away win at Grantham Town

Dennis Politic was on the bench for the second time this week for Port Vale today but has yet to get any game time.  I guess he isn't match fit yet.

Sogndal play tomorrow.  We'll see if Ronan Darcy is there and makes an appearance.

I’d like to see him back & signing a new contract but doesn’t seem likely at the moment.

He looked a step in front then.

I also liked the way Darcy played with his head up, and thought he'd do well once he filled out and matured.

Not so sure now, though Evatt gave him a new deal, so who knows.

Politic played 90 minutes for the first time last night too

Senior is better than that level imo. Maybe it's just the fact he's training every day and then playing against lads who do an hour on Thursday, I dunno.

Not all Vale fans are convinced though Mounts and he can’t seem to get a regular first team spot at the moment , so I suppose it’s down to how IE sees it in January when Denis has had that bit longer and if he wants to call him back. In fairness though, Vale aren’t a small club, they’ve always been under Stokes shadow but they do have a potentially big fan base and if he does get the offer, he may consider it better to stay there?

They're doing very well and he's part of that. 

If they were languishing and he wasn't getting regular games then time to be concerned maybe.

As it is, I reckon its going OK for him.

So do I from the outside Tongue Moor but I’ve only seen highlights of when he’s been involved but some on the PV boards aren’t impressed with him. I still hope he comes back because I think there’s a lot more to come from him when he’s properly fit.

Strange one.....there doesn't seem much point recalling him from playing regularly & apparently doing well unless we're going to play him, but it's a big jump up from Ashton to Div 1.

Only thing that makes sense is that he is off somewhere else?

Would still have to be below League Two though before January, wouldn't it?

No point him hanging around that tier if he's scoring goals for fun from full back, obviously too good for that league

No substitute for competitive football. Reserves are actually in a league though so there must be at least some obligation to eventually start playing a few more games. 

Politic unused sub today, thought he was working his way into the starting XI, maybe not

Senior played in York's 0-0 draw.  They sacked their manager Steve Watson immediately after the game.  

Edwards played 70+ minutes for Southport's in their 4-1 win.

Defeat for Luke Hutchinson at Colls, concede 2 goals.  Similarly defeat for Reiss Greenidge at Barnet.

 

No game time for Matt Alexander nor Jay Fitzmartin who is still injured.

Aye, switched it on to see a kid who should aparently walk into our first team and it seems he cant get a kick in a league below 

I'm an old fucker who has never been as proud as the Coventry day, and would love to see some of em make it, but I reckon evatt is all over it

Was an amazing game but how many of these are still at the club and are going to make it?

Suspect time is already up for Brockbank & Alexander.  Jury still out on Hutchinson, Senior, Edwards, Politic and Darcy.  If we get promoted this season, suspect none of them will be here next season.
