  • Was Evatt an improvement on Hill ?  Did we bring in decent players at start of last season ?  Has Evatt tried to play good football ?  Did we improve last Jan transfer window?  Did we strength

  • You have no full idea what went on behind the scenes He came in adopted a style of play, got us on the best run I can remember in my lifetime Won promotion. Is he an excellent manager?

  • Isgrove is a massive player to us. We’re a better side with him in the side

1-1 .

Small steps .

11032 on .

Not decided on Howfen or Chorley pre-match.

Sarcevic can stop on the bench for me, but as bad as Doyle has been I'd still fancy him over Bakayoko so that's an easy one. Wouldn't mind seeing Thomason get a game.

some nice comments from Evans, didn’t know he was at Bolton as a kid.

Not sure I agree with him that we could've scored 5 against Wigan

If people don’t see what Doyle brings to the table after Baka against Plymouth then I don’t know what to really tell you

Bloody hell, "spent Real good money" and "investors backing the club".

Now, obviously FV have been world beating in their approach, but the idea we've been chucking money about, well what planet is he on.

I think some people have to have a scapegoat. Seems that one particular poster who is pretty blind to what Doyle does has moved onto criticising the manager now.

Yeah let’s have a win tomorrow eh lads

Team spirit and cohesion could be absolutely in the bin after all this, wonder how much time and attention Evatt has actually been able to put into training between Tuesday night and today, if Tuesday night was indeed the flash point.

Guess we'll see how or if its affected the rest of them tomorrow.

Seems a very lightweight midfield now. Gillingham are a physically tough bunch. So I am concerned.

Good point

something obviously has happened and with being the captain it could have a knock on effect or maybe bad apple abd we kick on time will tell

If it's a bad apple situation and the other players are glad to be rid of him then great, if it's not and they're either all pissed off or there's different factions in the dressing room against eachother then it could be a mess this.

A lot of pressure on all of them including Evatt to stop the rot now and the difference is this time its not just people turning ifollow off early or writing shit on twitter.

Fucks sake life was great a month ago!

Certainly a big test for evatt this and he’s admitted himself he needs to look a certain areas of his own behaviour

still say bet he’s a cunt to work for think he has bits of chino my way or no way

In Evatt's case that's ok for me.

This is the risk we run by having a manager in charge who's still at the very start of his career and basically learning on the job. We're going to cop for a lot of beginner's errors regardless of how well we do.

Any mistakes he makes from publicly telling a keeper to man up, to constantly saying we're the best team in the league, to repeatedly mouthing off to refs etc are all amplified by how loud and confident he is with it and at a club with a decent size profile like us.

Wouldnt be shocked to find out he went to FV and said "its either him or me" re. Sarcevic, he seems that firey.

Sarce isn't tough, physical or quick. We'll miss other attributes to his game, but not physicality. Lad never looked fit.

Always looked quicker going forward.

Please no baptiste or kachunga in the starting 11

I wish I was as unfit

Anyway, word on the street is that sarcevic had plenty in the squad who weren't fans

Quick to call out folk in training or after games

As captain, I guess he's the managers eyes n ears and should be able to say his piece, but from what I've been told tonight, there's plenty won't miss him

And I'm a fan of his and think we ain't filling his boots with what we have

You're a mid-50's desk jockey. He's supposedly a 20-something athlete.
Different types of fitness.
No disputing his ability, but he hasn't really looked fit. Loads have said the same and he always seems to be blowing out of his arse late on.

Who knows who was to blame for the Spat, but from where i’m standing IE comes out of this without much credit imo
