  • Was Evatt an improvement on Hill ?  Did we bring in decent players at start of last season ?  Has Evatt tried to play good football ?  Did we improve last Jan transfer window?  Did we strength

  • You have no full idea what went on behind the scenes He came in adopted a style of play, got us on the best run I can remember in my lifetime Won promotion. Is he an excellent manager?

  • Isgrove is a massive player to us. We’re a better side with him in the side

Immediate ban for anyone who describes the game as 'must win'

3-0

Lets have a clean sheet ffs

Any win,  as pretty or as ugly as they come.

Scoring a goal would be nice

Not letting one in would be nicer.

Us 2-1

Any win to stop the rot

Wins a win. Blondies taking the little un and drinking. Gonna go have a word with this Shannon.

consider this a warning

With my ban record I’m not risking it but I still think we do need to be winning this one. 😵💫😔

BANNED

Cant see us scoring.  Cant see us keeping a clean sheet.

0-1 loss

Taking a Bury ‘fan’ to this one so a win of absolutely any form would do, can’t face the gloating

Must win.

haha no not at all.

We are in a blip and confidence is low. Politely to Gillingham this is the exact sort of fixture I’d want with the exact run of games. We sit mid table during the blip. Absolutely fine on October in grand scheme of things.

One thing we do have to learn is holding out them first 15 minutes as I think it’s weighing heavy on players shoulders going 1 down each game early.

Last night confirmed my suspicions Doyle/Bakayoko/whoever has a thankless task in the system we play. Doyle is our best.

I like to see us score any goals but would be great to see a couple of tap ins or opportunist goals as we seem to work ridiculously hard to score compared to others.

Where were Bolton this time last season?

20th in League 2 and just been been beaten at home by Oldham?

Need to be taking 3 points off these.

So Brockbank will be a world beater in 6 month's time?

Yes. That's how quickly things can change. He'll be the Bolton Cafu

The new Joe Riley?

Time to get the basics in order.

Clean sheet or concede 1. With a 1-0 or 2-1 win. Great thing about this league is there are plenty of opportunities to turn things around. Stay in a top 10 position until we can strengthen a couple of areas in Jan and we've a decent chance of a play off push.

Unbelievably we've got less points this season than same stage last year.  15th game.  beat Southend 3-0 to go onto 22 points in 9th place.  If we beat Gills in our 15th game we only get to 21.  Line up was looking half decent at the time - Gilks, Baptiste, Santos, Delaney, Jones, Kioso, Sarce, Tutte, Crawford, Doyle, Delf.  White, Comley, Crellin, Maskell, Greenidge had all been benched by then.   Next game was Port Vale at home...
