Integral is the word for this mon. He makes Santos a better CB, helping Fossey to flourish,  link up to the centre of the park is brilliant.

If he stays fit I think we’ll make the playoffs

@DirtySanchez @Dr. Feelgood that's the thing about Australia, not much makes sense and you can never predict how Aussies will react. 'Land Down Under' is beloved and the Scotsman who wrote and sung it is considered an Australian treasure.

I even commented, during Ricardo’s mazy run, “The Luton players do know he’s a centre half, not a tricky winger, don’t they?”

I do think Toal plays better at RCB than he does LCB. 

But did you not see us against Accy? Jones brings composure, experience, nous and leadership, as does Santos.

We were very shaky at the back without them.

I also thought we looked vulnerable that first 30 mins against Cheltenham. Forester and Toal weren’t great.

Without one of them (Santos/Jones) we can get by, would not like to be without both for any league games this season.

Giving some journos and fans license to claim A League is a similar or higher level to League 1. 

Possibly some of the most openly disrespectful stuff I've read in a long time.

Your average A Leaguer would do well to find regular football at National League level over here. 

The best players can sometimes appear out of place in a weak team.

They should stick to bumming kangaroos

Having watched a couple of games live last couple of weeks (no veil) I'd say it's L1 at best. Second touch a tackle in many cases.

Well with Forrester now out for a month we will definitely miss Gethin Jones .

Maybe some loan cover required ?

And folk want us to compete in every cup these are the risks

 

Surely we enter them to compete ? It’s the transfer window so we can get replacements? 
 

everyone is happy Carlisle is on Saturday so we can go on the piss but wanting out of everything is mental. We may as well not try at all. We’ve been out of everything early and not gone up so why not try competing on all fronts. Momentum may help 

It will come with a price imo depends on what you consider more important but the club have made it clear what this seasons goal is

yes injuries can happen in training but reduce the risk  February is massive and we’re playing catch up on games

if not personally we could be 1 or 2 key injuries from letting our position go

Resting the better players

Sounds like the Aussies not playing well at all in his absence. 

Only ahead thanks to a stinker of a penalty decision. 

They haven't played well in any of their games.

They've conceded today for the first time though. Cross coming in from the right.

Can see Gethin starting the next match. Although he wasn't even on the bench today, which seems odd.
