Site Supporter Cheese Posted October 4, 2022 Site Supporter Share Posted October 4, 2022 Not the best first half. Thomason having a great game again. Dempsey too. 0-0 will be a good result, but think we can get more than that with a bit of luck.
woolli
Sadlier for Jones please. To much pissing about with the ball at the back, to pedestrianised. Aimless, sorry Aimson needs to stay on for me, as these guys have some big lads. Need to move the ball quicker.
Lt. Aldo Raine
It's a difficult, mid-weel away match on a narrow pitch so I can understand why Evatt decided to start without proper wing-backs but we seem to have no outlet as a result. If it continues into the second half I'd be tempted to bring Dapo or Sadlier on and go with a front three.
emus wig
Had some decent results at home recently these lads patience needed .

Arrested development
Pretty flat all around. Midfield 3 have all been poor and need to get involved more. Too busy going sideways. I'm all for patience but at some point, one of them needs to pass forwards.

They'd offer an extra presence further forward, capable of linking up with Bod and Charles, dropping deeper to collect from Dempsey, cutting in from a wider position, etc. Better that than no width and an extra centre-back in my opinion. Irrespective of who your strikers are, they need service.
