Yes but we're the away team so its our turn to play against 10 men for most of the game.

Joking aside I hadn't noticed they were on such a good run, also putting Brighton out of the cup recently, with all the losses to injury and transfers out I'm less optimistic than I would have been a month ago.  Then again I can't remember if we're in good form or not away from home against 11 men!

Why is John starting? Evatt’s picked Williams for the last 3 games.

We all know that he’s not been very good but that’s never stopped Evatt from picking his own guy.

He's obviously upset Evatt for some reason, but maybe his bench appearance the other night suggests they've made up

Plus, Williams went off with what looked like a knock - that was why I was thinking of alternatives. If he’s fit then I’d imagine he starts, if not then it’s Jones out of position, Johnston out of position plus then Toal out of position to cover Johnston or out of favour John - I know which I’d prefer to see.

John is getting so much better with each game he doesn't play that it would be madness to risk playing him.

The point I was making was that Evatt’s stubbornness sometimes is detrimental to the team.

Should have played John a lot more this season.
