I have no reason to suspect the person posting as kennster is breaking any laws but if I am correct in my belief that he is actually of adult age rather than being a child as he claims to be, then his behaviour in creating a twitter account for the purposes to converse with real children both shocks and disturbs me.

I would be grateful therefore if you could investigate this matter to ensure that no children are at any risk from his behaviour.

Kenny can't claim to go to Castle Hill as that's a primary. Castle Hill High was assimilated by Sharples in 1981 I think. "Our" Kenster goes to Cannon Slade.

On a serious note, you'd presume shitloads of people have bogus accounts on Facebook and Twitter, often purporting to be someone younger, better-looking, different gender etc. for stealth marketing/commercial activities...

 

It doesn't automatically mean someone's up to something sinister (well, really sinister) or noncey, although sending pictures of your erect cock isn't classed as 'marketing' BTW.
