Problem is that people think all teachers are lazy and actually want the strike. i know many teachers who work stupid hours and hate having to strike to fight for the rights of their lazy colleagues. They would welcome performance related pay. teachers have to be linguists, baby-sitters, social workers, psychologists, sometimes even police, even before they can think about teaching.

It's all about boundaries. You need to do a few of your own poo's on your boundary lines to mark the territory as your own.

The biggest issue is Lycra Why do people think that they need to wear all in one Lycra body suits just to peddle a few miles to work? And also why do joggers insist on running in the road (and also sometimes in Lycra)?

But being male, over 40 and White does apparently make you racist and sexist. Why can't we just get the best people for the job rather than filling quotas.

In an ideal society where everyone is responsible for their own actions I can see the benefits of legalisation. Unfortunately the uk seems to have more than its fair share of irresponsible people who would blame the state for whatever their excesses cause - I.e. our current obesity, alcohol, smoking problems Also you can't really count "it will mean less crime" as a reason to decriminalise something- that is a bit of a given, you could decriminalise theft and make the same argument

The major positive we have next season is we have finally got a good manager. Yes we may have just missed out with the dead wood we have but next season it will be a team built by dougie albeit with less funds but a team with a good manager nonetheless

Yes true but the players you are paying are better. It's hard to attract good players in the championship and any players you develop young or old may be picked off easier - so in terms of building for the long term, life in the championship is not the place to be
