He was great in Before The Devil Knows Your Dead, which was a cracking film that barely went noticed. He was always watchable, made good films better.

You can get charged for taking waste water away and not water if you have your own supply. There's plenty places around that have a private water supply. He's a dick. Simpler option is don't pay your bill. Water is the one thing that can't be disconnected if you dont pay.
