Presumably spending too much?

They may think it's worth it- could get promoted and only have to cough up an extra 50k. 

Doesn't seem fair that its carried over till next season for past non compliance, when they could be promoted  this season. While we could miss out. Surely the 3 points should come off this season, like Reading and Wigan.

It won't be applied next season (or at all) unless they commit further offences

According to reports Toal and Santos May only be available if we get to the playoffs Mbata back at City out for the  rest of the season.

To do with appointing a Chief Exec. without getting the OK from the EFL.

If they'd asked for the OK they wouldn't have got it as he was suspended from football activity after shenanigans whilst a Director at Blackpool.

The 3pts will only apply if they break a similar rule during 2023.

We need 2 wins from the remaining games IMO to get in the playoffs. Derby will lose at Exeter and Sheff Wed and Peterborough will lose at home to Ipswich and Away at Barnsley- likely to be playing team that finishes 4th (Sheff we’d or Barnsley IMO) 

2 more wins could see us over the line.  Puts us on 77. Derby would then need to win 3/4. I just don’t see them (or anyone else below them) getting beyond 77

we were reduced earlier this season to around 2.8-3k i think
