Absolutely. Got it last night and wondered what the fuck was happening.

Dunno how that is organised but it made me smile. Again.

Does anyone know the breakdown of the amount of fans each took took? There is no way they sold more tickets than us

we had a couple of almost empty sections, top tier south, theirs looked pretty full up to me

They had more fans there than us.

For about an hour anyway.

Attendance 79,389

Would have been 79,400 if Plymouths team had turned up 😁

They've got a massive catchment area so not surprising really, top fact for ther day - Plymouth are the biggest city in England never to have a team in the top flight.

nah, they were in first division back in the late 70s, I can remember them in one of my first panini sticker books.

I’ll be doing something similar if we end up back there in May, getting to the stadium/fan zone to early turned out to be a farce.

Little choice for us as coach went straight to ground and no real time to be fucking off anywhere

Walked into a pizza place after minimal queuing and table service was really good

But, better still, went in griund and there was a cracking bar, 5,50 a pint, comfy seats and no riff raff as we were middle tier

Id go there early doors if we go again

Btw, cracking coach had us in bolton for 930

Not sure if it was the same one, but some lads I know where on one that did the same. Left young kids stranded.

The four pints for £22.50 Budweiser felt like quite a decent deal in the scheme of things.

Sounds like the camden bar we were in from about 2

must say the service etc in wembley is incredible, ample options, quick service

riff raff  - I'll have you know that I was drinking camden town ale, eating a vegan hot dog with spring onions and salsa next to ronan darcy in tier 5 - whilst laughing at the piss heads

What was the tube like coming back ?

We went via Marylebone and no waiting at all.

perferctly fine for us, they staggered letting people into the station so platform and train wasn't rammed, no bother at all.  nothing like rush hour in central london.

Seamless

They have it nailed for big events.

Amazing for us. Walked from the stadium up Wembley way, straight onto a tube taking us back to central London without breaking step.

God knows how they do it as you see the thousands in front of you as you leave the stadium you think you're never getting home.
