Maybe came over a little cold my comment for the fans yes itโ€™s a major positive and I hope we gain new supporters off this

from a football point weโ€™re so frustrating at times, we have a very good side who can compete with the best but weโ€™ve made it hard for ourselves at times this season, missing out would be crazy (btw I think we will be fine)

Yes, we were fantastic yesterday, the football was outstanding, and it was at Sheff Wed too.ย  But it means nothing at Exeter or v Cambridge, completely different games on very different pitches against teams set up differently.ย  As much as we could win every game, we might only win 1 or 2, we don't know which team is going to turn up from one game to the next, but we aren't alone in that.

Agree with everyone saying its great they all celebrate together.ย

I do find it quite amusing though that Shoretire is on there celebrating with the team that knocked him out the very same competition with a right pasting ๐Ÿ˜

Aye, bit ironic, but I like the "family" nature of things. All in it together.

Lino was like 5 yards away, flagged it. Why's he not telling the ref it was an obvious red?ย

Quite.

How often do linos actually show some responsibility and instruct refs when they've clearly had a better view of something?

Just watched the whole game again

Dear god the ref/linos were poor. I know itโ€™s a Wembley final but you simply canโ€™t make that as an excuse for not red carding players for those tackles. The handball and the push in the penalty box on Kachunga are two clear pens as well

On the โ€œJohn Terrysโ€. Good on em. Fantastic squad spirit. Leave nobody out

What a day.ย

My mate who's never had a season ticket before just called me to tell me that him, his wife and his two little lads have just bought season tickets this morning.ย

That's what it's all about!ย

Glory hunting bastards who will be booing the team off at half time soon enoughย

Mark my words

Fair play to those left out, but I don't quite get the celebrations from those not picked.ย  If I was sent on loan, played in the semi then didn't even make the bench for the final even though 3 players were cup-tied, the last place you'd find me is in the middle of the celebrations.ย  Surely I can't be the only one that would feel a bit miffed?

Different scenario for JDB, but if I was injured and out for the season when my contract ends, not sure I could be arsed with doing the "look at what you could have won" thing.ย  On another note I'd have loved to have seen JDB against that Plymouth defence on that pitch, he would have had a field day.

Think Lloyd is injuredย

Its would have been is 3rd time Winning itย

Back in work this morning, what an incredible day that was. Shed a tear more than once as that was genuine catharsis for the last 10-12 years.ย

Still on the roof now, what a boost ahead of the run in, and showing that we can not just beat, but outplay a side at the top end of the league is huge. 6 points this weekend and lets get that playoff spot booked.

YOU FUCKING WHITES X

Don't know if any of you remember the tale I told about my mate living a few doors down from Kachunga and him saying he didn't want to leave the house after theย  Dion sending off nonsense, well,ย

My mates just sent me a picture of himself wearing Kachungas winners medal, said he spent an hour on the street having beers with neighbours yesterday letting the kids put the medal on. He said that the PR team at the club have told him "we're sure you'll be safe to go out round bolton now" ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ย

My mate said he can't work out if he was being serious or not with that.ย

Kachunga is probably the least 'worthy' scapegoat we've ever had. Probably run close with Darren Pratley. Hes just been a bit crap at times, nowhere near worth the outpouring of abuse and stick hes got over his time here. The hysterics after that sending off malarkey was just plain embarrassing.ย

Im just so glad hes managed to turn things around. Bit of trust from the manager and sheer graft. Amazing what the mind can be capable of.ย

Fair fucks to the lad. Others would've folded. Couple of big goals later and hes on the way to being a cult figure.

Absolutely ๐Ÿ‘ย

Watching highlights... againย

ย

With VAR we have penalty for handball, which could be a red, the tackle on Sheehan a possible red and the one on Toal is a definite red.ย
ย

ย

After having a little time to think about it, I'm not sure Toners performance wasn't worse than Barry Knights at Ipswich, but as we won, will be overlooked.

The two (non) reds for the Sheehan & Toal fouls, the handball not given (as Ani says possible red too), the push on Katch in the box, the non yellow for Scarr in the first minute for the tug back as Charles (?) runs through (2nd yellow later).

ย

Unlike Knight however, it didnt dictate who won or not.

Canโ€™t get two together in the lower tiers and not that many left in the home end

Just seen it mentioned that home fans might be in South stand as well, when was last time we had that, Peterborough promotion game?
