It seems strange that he has done anything other than say "sorry, heat of the moment, I messed up, unreserved apologies". With his position she'd be a subordinate employee and he's made an unwanted sexual advance. He'd be reprimanded or sacked in just about any company for that.

So since the final the head of the women’s game in Spain is basically a serial rapist and over here people have been pointing out the English team isn’t diverse enough and needs more darkies.
