  • Might be an idea to let's just watch a football match without all this attention seeking bumcbuffery.

It's going to be difficult for sure. However surely the big Wembley pitch is a much bigger advantage for us against Oxford than against Posh.

Hoping the ticket office issues aren't mirrored tomorrow, will be royally peeved off if they are

To say it’s a growing industry would be  a massive understatement. I was at a trade fair the other week and there was a company who specialise in memento tickets. Gold plated and all sorts. Making a killing from concerts.

Went to AEK v Ajax in Europa League

Had to be a member to get a ticket which cost me £10 and got given a card

Had to wear the lanyard with the membership card to get in

Went in my back pocket as soon as I got in

We'd better win as all I've had all night is 'the home counties are coming to get you' 'all that support and you are still shite' 'Santos is shit, we're going to run rampant'

He was a cunt at uni by the way.

Yep, think it would help us after watching them tonight.

Plenty of cynical stuff going on off the ball from them.

Aye, seem big on the dark arts this lot. Hoping we tear them a new one. Early goal or two would be great.

Knobspanker.

Him, not you.

Be interesting to see if Oxford fall into the “just another game” trap Luke we did for Pizza Cup. They could possibly do normal home game routine.

Won’t be the issues that were there for the home leg as there aren’t reservations to deal with, so you only need people at assign level rather than manage

Hope so.

Same mistake we made against Watford in 99. Still fuming with Todd for that effort/approach/display.

Son in law was going to that on the 18 with the Daughter

Just sold them both today

15 hours later and nobody has mentioned the correct spelling of daughter? Assuming the capital D is a result of copy and paste?😂

That was one of the most important, underwhelming performance ive seen from us! Really thought we would win that, and also the Tranmere play off final. No more repeats  of those performances please!

Watford was a tough one to take. Gudjohnsen’s miss doesn’t keep haunting me like Holdsworths but it was still a big chance.

Hotels booked for us, out near Watford coincidentally. tube in and out metropolitan line, jobs a good un’

Hemmel pal. Piece of piss on overground direct or head in to Euston Sq to get over to Baker Street where my old man and Pedro will be.

Ah,knew someone had mentioned that earlier, guess it was you mate.

Yes, similar vibes this to back then.

As in I think we'll be strongly fancied (but we know that means nothing).

Was absolutely shocking that, not like Watford were that good.

Don't see Evatt making that mistake.

Missing this as go away on the Friday.

Never gave it a thought when we booked it last year, and even when season was in full swing.

Thought I'd be back if we were in the final as they are always over the bank holiday weekend 🙄🤦‍♂️

They will sell out Peterborough wouldn’t have but it will be like Plymouth lot of day trippers who haven’t seen them play didn’t know any songs and just sit there .

To be honest we have been out numbered in all the  wembley trips  apart from tranmere and Torquay

Definitely. We were outnumbered last year, but it was just by a load of tourist Plymouth fans, and it was noticeable we were far noisier/loutish throughout the day.

Imagine it will be similar v Oxford.
