Not saying he's picking a team to satisfy fans, just that he'll want to win the game more than he might have done if we'd won yesterday. He knows if he loses its "3 straight defeats". So he won't be taking a long term view of let's rest players/give kids a run out/this cup doesn't matter like he might have done if everything was going well. I could be wrong of course 😀

And we’ll probably hear sound bites like “It was important we go into the break with a win, the lads needed to put Saturday behind them, they had to prove Saturday is not who we are, that was more like us” etc etc When really it will just be a other win against Fleetwood in a meaningless game, which proves nothing really.
