The fundamental issue is the instructions he is giving his team isn’t yielding an acceptable level of performance or results. Individual and/or collective thoughts, feelings and relationships are not a factor or a reason to keep him. He came out as recent as this week and said he isn’t going to change. So why is anyone expecting anything else too? Wishful thinking
