Smiley Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 As it stands 4 teams can end up on 6 points now and it would be likely that goal difference would see Bolton eliminated. If Braga wins by 2 goals, and Aris draw with Munich - all of those three qualify. If Aris lose and Braga win, then Braga, Bolton & Bayern go through. If Braga fail to win, then Bolton, Bayern & Aris go through. If Aris and Braga win, then both of them go through with Bolton and Bayern go out! But what happens if Braga win 2-1. Then Bolton and Braga will finish on 6 points with 5 goals for and 4 against. Who goes through?
Whites man Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 If Aris and Braga win, then both of them go through with Bolton and Bayern go out! Three teams go through so in this scenario Bolton qualify and Johnny German will once again be retreating from Western Europe.

Braga have only got 2.
