struggled to deal with them physically, especially in the first half

Impeccable minutes silence was observed at chorley this evening for the young lad that died playing last night.

colls drew 1-1 at irlam last night, the biggest following colls fans ive seen must have been nearlly hallf the crowd. the standard of the league seems a lot higher than last year, although colls have some better players than last year,i dont think theyve been playing that well, i think some team soon will be on the end of a big hiding.

Salford through to the fa cup 3rd qualifying round after a 1-0 away win at bradford park avenue, which I thought was a great setup, bar the running track round the pitch.

 

both darlington and fylde crashed out, which is nice.

Went to Prestwich yesterday. Bloody hell the north west counties is a man's league. Foot off the ground studs up challenge followed by a stamping in the bollocks.. just a booking and a don't do it again. 5 minutes later another lad gets stamped then a bloke gets kicked off the ball.. no one sent off. Prestwich are brilliant to watch play great football but they need to get up with the directness and physicality of the league.
