anewman Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 ?57!! Feck that, cheeky fuckers.. They'll be lucky to fill away end for many games. who mentioned goin the game?
L/H White Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 one week and counting who's getting giddy?? Me. Think I'm gonna chance a kids ticket. Can't justify spending ?50 on a ticket, especially as i'm off to Greece just over a week after the game. Always got in with kids in the past.
royal white Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 7 of L/Hs finest on the 7.35 from manc. -1 (even though I am Worsley ha) am working now
Guest bwfcdan Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 I'm looking forward to it!! Gonna be a laugh!! COYW!!
L/H White Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 7 of L/Hs finest on the 7.35 from manc. I'm not with you, say make that 6
davidjack Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Even though, as a London White, this is a home game for me, I refuse to pay ?50. Sometimes you have to draw a line, and this is that time. I know we paid that at Wembley, but that was for an FA Cup semi (tho not right it was played there etc - don't get me started on that one). This is a game against a newly promoted side, in a cramped shoe box of a ground with terrible views. It's run by billionaires who want to turn it into a 'boutique' club...whatever one of those is. Well, let em - but not using our money. I'll be there, outside the turnstile, in my Wembley 58 shirt in a boycott of the game. I know lots of others will be voting with their feet anyway and not going, but I want to make a public statement that I'm sick to death of being exploited in this way. I urge as many fellow Wanderers as possible to join me. For this one game, the lads on the pitch will be lacking some support from the stands, but in the long run, it might help to make a difference. Come on you Whites!

Come on you Whites! Its a difficult one and I agree with everything you say. Its the first game of the season and I really want to see the game but like you I want to make a statement. There are 3 of us going down and we are not buying tickets at the moment - if its pay on the gate it will probably depend on how the beer is going down. COYWM for ever
davidjack Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 I'll see you at the turnstile then. I've already persuaded a few fellow London Whites...come and join us and we'll go for another beer when we've made our point...at least we'll get to the bar easily enough!
mayo Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Ouch - I wonder what they charged last season in the fizzy pop league??
L/H White Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 Bought my ticket today. Don't know what voucher number though or how many we've sold, and I don't give a toss.
Farnywhite Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 got five tickets today ?45 pound ones but going to cost ?70 on the train cant find anything cheaper for day return
Boby Brno Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 Got our 3 today also. That was painful! If those riots aren't sorted by Saturday, Iv'e got a box full of ski masks that could pay for our trip.
SalfordOriginal Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 All London matches to be called off on police request due to the riots, with QPR offering no refunds for the rearranged midweek game Salfordoriginal not bitter at missing the match due to work

Boby Brno Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 I can see Spurs v Everton being off but I think our match should be fine. That's only because, with all the looting going on, the last they need is 1000 Scousers ..............
Casino Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 (edited) I can see Spurs v Everton being off but I think our match should be fine. why? estates around qpr are rough as fcuk coppers policing football when the capital city burns, nah, can't see it Edited August 8, 2011 by Casino

itdiddidit? Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 Hope so it says in Bolton news 1500 Bolton fans going great turn out at those prices! that must be a typo and probably should say 150 as we've only got the upper tier. official site says it's pay on the door now.
