Is it just me who finds the concept of a cup/mug of tea to start the day strange? On the rare occasions I've no coffee in I simply don't bother with having a brew until I'm out and about.

 

Even stranger are the schoolkids you see swigging down litre bottles of cheap 'energy' drinks first thing, I know they've probably been playing X-Box and/or wanking 'til the early hours but...I'll bet trying to teach them after their high octane 'breakfast' is a right barrel of laughs.

Tea is a must, at several points in the day.

After spending several years calling in at Butty shops, we reached a concensus that generally, blokes make significantly better tea than women.

 

Why would this be?

 

For a start, we don't scrub all of the previously soaked in flavour out of the mug/pint pot. All of that tannin build up adds to the flavour.

 

Tea only for me - could not function without it, morning noon and night. Never touch that foreign muck.

Tea first thing in the morning,

Then coffee anytime after.

It's the only way forward.

Tea followed by tea if at work go through about 4/5 teapots a day(oh feck do I have to describe what a teapot is now?)

Don't like the taste of either, rather have some milk or wait till I get in work and have a can of summat or a soup in a cup with crouton dips.
