Site Supporter MickyD Posted March 23, 2012 Site Supporter Posted March 23, 2012 As a religious family the Muamba's may want you to rework the bit about telling God to fuck off. It needn't be there because what he actually said was the stuff after that. I put it in for a bit of emotion fuelled humour. Quote
kent_white Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 We should definitely play 'I Am The Resurrection' before kick off. Quote
kent_white Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 'Fab is the resurrection, he will be alright, he met up with Nat, but got sent back, at Spurs last Satd'y night.' Quote
Whites man Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Can you imagine if an opposing player collapsed at reebok We would have tossers with drums banging out: der der der der der der CHEAT You are judging them by their standards from before last Saturday, hopefully we have all grown up a little in the last week. Guest Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Could the above not be improved slightly with a change of words to We'll stay up for Fab We'll stay up for Fab For Fabrice Muamba We'll Stay up for Fab and have an FA Cup version substituting "Stay Up" with "Win it" That should serve purpose of both recognising Muamba and reminding players they are there to do a Job. well, not really The sublety of "He", being God, for Fab (and Owen) gave it deeper relevance Quote
Barnstoneworth White Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Sing the Great Escape song but stick Mu-am-ba at the end where we normally sing 'Bolton' Works on so many levels Providing we're winning. Quote

Site Supporter MickyD Posted March 23, 2012 Site Supporter Posted March 23, 2012 Bolton Wanderers fans attending Saturday's Premier League fixture against Blackburn Rovers are being encouraged to take their seats before 2.50pm in order for the club to show their collective support to Fabrice Muamba and his family ahead of kick-off. When the players appear from the tunnel at 2.55pm, those who will be seated in the Nat Lofthouse Stand lower tier should lift their A2 posters, which will be found located on each seat, above their heads to partake in a fan mosaic that will spell out 'MUAMBA 6'. A video compilation of Fabrice Muamba will be shown on the big screen. Once this has finished being played a period of applause will follow. Your support is very much appreciated by all at Bolton Wanderers Football Club. Quote

boltondirtbag Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 I ve not posted since Fabrice collapsed due to a lot of factors, some personal due to the events bringing back memories from the past. A lot of people have moaned in general about the Bolton Team, management, formations , lack of investment etc etc this season. What this incident has done is show what a group of remarkable people we have at the club. Owen Coyle who has been much maligned on here has shown what a LEADER he really is. He has handled himself with remarkable dignity, compassion and represented the club in a way that nobody could have really expected. Kevin Davies showed though going to the hospital immediately after the incident that he genuinely deserves the title SUPER KEVIN DAVIES. However what the article above highlights is how important Reo coker is to this football club. He has been criticised in some quarters on here for various things, however one thing he could never be accused of is lacking passion. We can now add CLASS to this , he has acted like a true LEADER of men. We may get relegated this year and to be honest i even prayed saying that i would be 'happy' for us to go bust as a football club if it meant Fabrice lived. He is living and fighting. Bolton wanderers fans need to start fighting with the same resolve our players and staff has shown. We have a group of players and management who i would be happy to go into battle with. As fans we need to show our support for Fabrice and the club startring today COYWM PRAY 4 MUAMBA PROUD TO BE A WANDERER Quote
Site Supporter MickyD Posted March 24, 2012 Site Supporter Posted March 24, 2012 To be honest, today's the easy day. If there's no atmosphere at the Reebok today, there'll never be atmosphere. Great post though. Quote

Coyle: not good enough as a manager in the barclays premier league. Davies: likewise as a player. Neither have shown that leadership quality often enough in the last 12 months of shite we've endured. Boxie Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 I can't get that "Fabrice is a Wanderer" song out of my head .... argh!! I still feel very emotional about what's happened, and I'm sure that there will be tears today. It's made me think a lot about life, had that incident happened to Fabrice anywhere else, in bed, in the gym, in his house,or had we not made it to the quarter finals, he would now be dead ... but somehow it happened there, with all the right people around it. Makes you realise how fragile it all is, and maybe we should all enjoy it all a bit more, and not get hung up on the small stuff. I'll be cheering us on today, if we go 5 down ... after reading the Guardian article, those players must still be emotionally effected, and as Wanderers we need to support them today, regardless. I feel the same as the poster above, and have said it on other forums, I'm not fussed now if we go down, as long as Fabrice is ok - it's put things into perspective, which is a good thing. (secretly I am hoping for the FA cup final, and Fabrice to lift the trophy ..... ) Quote
miamiwhite Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 to the Adamms family tune............his name is Fab Muamba,......he comes from near Uganda.......he plays for BWFC...........our amazing refugee.............................if Bolton show the fight Fabrice has, then we've no problems at all staying up. Keep fighting son,a long way to go yet. Quote
stevieb Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 Weve had enough songs to fill the 90 minutes suggested on here. Im willing to bet we just get "fabrice muamba (clap clap clap clap clap)." Quote
DIPS Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 Top read that article, and Nigel Reo - Coker, what a man. Proud to have him as a captain and but more proud to have him as a Wanderer. Quote

One is more important than the other but we do not have the option of trading one for the other., but we can have both Quote
