The most alarming thing for me today,is that we finished the game with our 3 most creative/effective players absent from the pitch in Eagles,Petrov and Davies.

 

Once we it became apparent we were finishing the game with Lee on the wrong side and two strikers I'm faster than,we were never going to grab a winner,therefore giving them the impetus to get it.

 

We are all entitled to voice our opinions and nit pick after a poor performance like that.

 

But some of the hysterical knee-jerk comments and threads made on this board are fucking ridiculous.

Now I got some shit when I said in August we had a mediocre squad, I just could not understand why people who had seen the same performances all last year thought it was by far the best in division. Coyle replaced a reasonable Premier league squad with very average championship players. I said back then 10th to 14th and that is where we will finsh. I'll judge DF after 3 transfer windows.
