Full bodied or light-Ish?

the saffers can perform miracles with pinotage grapes, I know that much.

Mid. Velvety smooth, tasty. Good with/out food.

Just opened it. Bit dry, best leave a while.

Needs to breathe as I recall.

Definitely one that will reward with storage though.

Into it now; very nice

Worst thing about Aldi. They really do only get these things as one offs.

They had a Pinot noir a couple years back called Plow and Press that was easily worth £40/50 a bottle being sold for £12.

Mate of mine even rang the German distributor but was told there’d be no more.

Close the thread. I’ve found the only red wine we can drink.

Bought a couple of bottles last season - one to be opened on our promotion and the other after winning the cup.

Had one in the evening after getting back from Wembley. I still have one left. Hoping I have to pop to the shop for another later this season…

It’s a really pleasant drink. They have it at Bryne’s in Clitheroe

Wife used to be obsessed with yellow tail Jammy Red Roo, was doing 3-4 bottles a week at least, but has now switched to a Cab Sav, Argentinian and to be honest after having that the JRR tastes like ribina, way too sweet.
