1-1 as the grumpy cunts that reside at the Reebok decide moaning and heckling is better than supporting the team.

Will be the smallest away following this season, they won't bring more than 300.   We'll win 3-1.

Thought all four goals were well taken today,

Three out the four goal scorers were subbed today that's quite rare I think.

Beginning to look Rosey again, Moritz gave us that bit extra today,

There were some errors and a couple of niggly things but fuck it we won,

Slippers on wine open,

SJM happy bunny

Thought Ream was good today, but against any physical threat he really struggles so that worries me. Not overly impressed by Hall, Danns was excellent though. Well deserved 3 points all in all

We fans need to be a little more patient.  There was a but of moaning just before we scored the second - wanting to get it forward quicker.  As it happens it went forward at just the right time

Patience is the key. Someone next to me shouted "just get in the box". Which is fair enough with Andy Carroll in there, but sometimes you have to be a bit more intricate and what a pass and finish it was.

Not convinced with Dougie in the 90 minutes.

He can sign decent players (Moritz looks very interesting), but his overall negativity is, in my view, out of context with the squad he has, which should have secured many more points so far. The best way to defend a lead is to play higher up the park and he has the players to do it.

His obsession with minimising risk/goals has cost us.

It amuses that he doesn't consider Mears a right back for Bolton, but might have to bring him back.

Listened to Millwall commentary.

Their summary was..

Our 1st shouldn't have been allowed due to a head injury

Our 2nd looked offside

They for 80% off the game were the better side

Bolton very negative 2nd half

Lee best player of first half, Medo and Spearing linking well.

Beckford a lesser version of Charlie Austin but knows were the net is, always looking to score.

Medo should have got a second yellow

Tim Ream played a must see assist as did their player for their goal

The weather was worst they've seen this season.

ffs

Listened to Tower FM commentary (after the match, because I actually went) and heard the second goal summed up as a Beckenbauer pass finished off in Kenny Dalgliesh style.

Fuck me, I thought it was ok, but . . .

Fuck me I've had too many.

We started well, we went downhill but got away with it, we had a game plan second half and Moritz showed in his cameo why Dougie signed him.

Upwards and onwards.

Th'East Midlands Whites are not long back and the committee decided to abstain from drinking heavily in order to celebrate the rarity of a home win.  Fortunately a recount decided otherwise.

stop rambling man and get some old pics up. how far are you from Warwick matey ?

Ipswich game I gave my season ticket away to leigh white to go to the rugby at Cardiff instead, today I give it to my mate while I was at the Hibs game. I've figured it's my fault. Matt out.

I think Dougie sometimes confuses the Championship with the Champions League.

A win's obviously got to be good news but not getting carried away, they were a really poor outfit yet the temptation to sit back once we'd taken an early lead just gave such a poor side a way back into a game they could have been out of by half time. Goals changed games and the second one for us certainly did, we'd gone up our own arse in the preceding 20 mins and would have been booed off a half time till we produced a bit of real quality out of nothing.

Unlucky a couple of times, Beckford especially, not to kill it off second half and fair enough to bring Knight on when they'd chucked another big lad on and were tossing into our box a lot at the time. We're still too lightweight physically at times.

Dougie reckoned he'd been telling us Beckford would score goals; I'd been shouting it at him for weeks when he kept chopping and changing to keep him in till he started scoring and the rest worked out how he wanted it. It was coming today, better service and he looked a threat, deserved more than one goal for his efforts. Danns also worked hard all afternoon.

Indeed, well said

Reams distribution was great once again. Always looking to make a good pass and is happy to carry the ball into space, which he did both for our second.

Sat far to deep second half, but as above I suppose that's the dougie way.

Liked the look of moritz and as the young lad next to me in the brew queue said 'it's great having a proper striker up front'.

I know what you are saying but that poor side were above us before the game today. And as Dougie has said we will do what we have to do to get the result.

They were poor, but the unbeaten run continues and you can see confidence in certain players grows. 2 tough aways to follow.....

How fucking loud is that music now when players come out?! I stopped clapping after a bit, pointless!

And the LED ad boards behind the goal mean most events in the opposite box are completely lost on me, cant see the ball!

Some very good goals today though at least, chuffed with the win.

And the LED ad boards behind the goal mean most events in the opposite box are completely lost on me, cant see the ball!

Now this proper pissed me off that

They're brighter than the fucking floodlights!

That 32 Red advert with the fast spinning text is the worst. There sounds be a template that all the ads have to adhere to.Just because an LED .board can blink really fast doesn't mean some fuckwit can be allowed todesign an ad to test the limits of its capability

A bloke on way off was slagging DF off for negativity, in his words "why bring knight on at 2 1, we should have been trying to score"

I did wonder if he realised we had scored after knight came on, presumably despite the fact were not even trying to score.

This.

Very much liked the balance of the side today from the off and the performance lived up to my initial hopes - shame mcnaughton looks to have picked up at best a muscle strain hopefully he'll be right with international break we'll see 2 or 3 come in now during also I thought their goal was a bit stuffy ream looks clumsy but the lad mis controls it which wrong foots ream and gives him the space to turn but luckily didn't matter
