Sweep Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 What a disappointment he turned out to be Thought we had a good'un at first I thought it was a real coup when we brought him in, and he played quite well during his first few games, then he just seems to have gone right off the boil Quote
magic legs Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Assuming this new Leicester striker gets his work permit then Chris Wood would be a great loan signing. Quote
boltonbhoy Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 [/quote Thought these were on the naughty boys step for signing players or do loans not count ? Makes a mockery of the FFP if loans are allowed. Quote

Farrelli Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Maloney wants out of wigan, Lennon would get a lot more out of him IMO. Quote

COYW Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 thay can sign players if somebody goes out first and the player coming in has to be significantly cheaper than the one leaving They can sign players on loan or who are out of contract but i don't even think anyone has to leave first. Quote
snowball Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 They can't go over set number of 'established players' is it 23 or 24? So Blackburn had to get rid of someone on loan and they have to Fleetwood to free up a space. Still unclear as to whether that means they can now sign Spearing on loan, surely he is too expensive? Leon Best, Bradley Orr & Paul Robinson all sat there on massive contracts, not playing in first team and preventing others coming in presumably. Plus who the hell is going to take them on given their wages. Think Spearing is out of Blackburn's range for now at least, Quote
