Too many negatives with all the key candidates I keep coming back to one man Phil Brown, come on Gartside do the right thing.

Badly with the Rangers followers and there's quite a few others are just Bolton and think most of them would not be as anti but do we want any disunity? I don't think we need that in any way shape or form. Think from that point of view it would be a crazy appointment.

There's clearly disunity even before he comes (and it's an if) from reading the 'if you don't like it then fuck off' posts.

If we don't employ a manager who the club (theoretically) thinks is the right man for the job because of his religion and the fact that he was once manager of a catholic-leaning club, then we truly are fucked. Not least because:

 

1. We will be employing a second choice manager for the wrong reasons. We need the best person for the job.

2. It indicates we haven't moved on since the 19th century.

3. We previously had a catholic manager with ROI caps who was welcomed with open arms initially.

 

Thankfully (as the post above points out) the vast majority don't seem to care about his religion or Scottish football in general. They just want someone who will fire a team up the table.

I really couldn't give a shit about Lennon's religious beliefs tbh. The main thing is, can he do a job for BWFC? Imo I think he can and I would welcome him with open arms. 

 

My Mrs comes from Ulster and she is from a staunch Catholic family, I'm church of England. We've been married for 18 years and we've never discussed religion to this day.
