I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

I know its only 1 game but these men 3/1, ran in comparison to birmingham the same odds last season.... to win the league?

Don't think id be having a slice of that. Totally expect a lot more from out front 3 this sunday

Not watched the game a lot, but Luton didn't look great in the bits I've seen. Early days but not threatened by them.

I’d be embarrassed if my club played anything like these two tonight.

Luton may be hard to score against Mads Anderson still looks quality and they brought on Mark Mcguiness who i thought was decent at Sheff Wed, but nearly spat my brew out when they said they paid Cardiff 10m for him.

Midfield they are poor....Saville legs are shot, up front wells huffed and puffed not creating anything

They signed Jerry Yates Today..........Play like tonight they are not reaching the play-offs

Doesn't matter how they play as long as they grind out results. They did that today.

But then again, this is football where fans deal in absolutes. Because they weren't at their best today, people have extrapolated to the rest of the season and have written them off already.

They may be around the play-offs but they are not winning the league with that team, even if Mcguiness and Yates improve them.

My mate went on the bog during that match and shat a load 2204 lb

Super 6 can fuck off throwing Friday night games in.

Thought it had started last night then for a minute!

Round one on 16th August

Cardiff look strong all round, largely dominating Posh despite going behind to a pen. All the possession of an Evatt team but with bite. Superb FK to equalise. Posh have some tricky forwards.

Great game for the “neutral”.

Cardiff continue to dominate and now lead. They’re going to be a force this season.

Oh has it not? :D

LOL Brandon Comley sent off 20 minutes into the season for rugby tackling a striker who had got past him. OMG he’s shit.

Bradford started very well v Wycombe, Sarcevic (hiss) with a quick goal, another well worked one soon after from their young lad Pointon

@green genie will have something to say about this first half. Two nil down, manager booked and a pile on wrestling match going on the six years box.
Love the start of a new season.

Probably won't stay this way but mildly amused that the giddy faithful at Gloomfield Road have seen their side blow an early lead to be 1-2 down against the mighty Stevenage.

Shame Nobby Nolan's lot aren't putting up a sterner test against the pie cretins.

Reckon Stevenage could be a decent team this season

Wouldn't be pushing tge play offs but certainly could trouble a few sides

Blackpool concede a third

Bets rubber ducked

Wigan 3-0 up

When do we play them?

Have you drawn them in a cup competition or something?
