But I don’t doubt there are those who missed the chance of a ruck.

This is the direction all those we refer to as ‘yoof’ are heading. I hope they enjoy it. I’ll be at the back with DazBob, ta.

It seems that way, for sure. Which is what I was getting at- I'd hoped for a bit of a reality check- world had lost millions and perhaps it would put things into perspective a bit more.

I don’t honestly think folk whose primary reason for attending football matches is to  have a tear up with opposing fans do much in the way of thinking about perspective.

Think attacking is slightly strong but they definitely made their way there for a pop at Burnley who were inside and milling about outside too.

This was after a day of alterations including Burnley attacking the Armfield twice.

The video wont make nice viewing for his family put it that way. No head stamping either, he goes down and smacks his head on the floor :(

RIP to the lad. Sad to hear he went there looking for it. As others have said, wives, children and grandchildren not getting someone back home after attending a football match is just plain wrong. For any reason but especially this one.

Not nice at all, thankfully it's a bit grainy.

Not wishing to speak ill of the dead, but he played a major part in his own downfall and one has to assume that Blackpool FC and the local council etc don't know the full story, as they seem to be pushing the boat out to celebrate his life.

Apart from the minor fact again it was proved they didn’t….

News stations showed footage of folk jibbing in, and posts on social media (copied on here) of folk who had got in supposedly without tickets.

Whilst it may not have been commonplace, evidence was provided of fans' wrongdoing.

Just like it was provided of poor policing and management generally.

Blame lies in all areas.
