Booooo, was hoping to wind Daniel up :D

On my way home from Looe in Cornwall now. Great, relaxing week away. Plenty of good beers and the sun shined for us. Totally different to most other holidays I go on but would go down to Cornwall again in a heartbeat

Ha, I have been chatting to the head honcho there this week. The Red carpet is being rolled out for my arrival next Saturday, rightly so as well with the amount of business my place have given them

Off to Budapest on a stag do on Thursday any one been so I know what to expect cheers

on ryanair last week:

1) when queueing to get on, they were going up and down the queue and tagging any larger bags to be put in the hold as the flight was sold out and they knew they wouldn't be able to fit everyone in

2) so observed and saw most people just put the bags in sideways rather than longways and it held the hostesses up as they had to go up and down re-arranging for everyone to get in

so yeah, it's down to people not sticking to the "rules" to a degree but a full flight should still be able to take 1 bag per person

and I don't think I've ever had my hand luggage checked to make sure that it adheres, not even sure it does

I've had this now the last two flights (rome & mallorca) - it's fucking annoying

You should be able to pay extra to guarantee your hand luggage gets on with you so you can get away quicker the other side - I would do the first to board thing but I'm always at the gate as most of the queue has got on

On another note how bad have Ryan air got? I've flown with them 3 times in the last 6 weeks and once with Easyjet.

The Ryan air flights had no menus, you were left to guess at what they had causing delays all the way down the plane. We were on the 4th row and apart from loads of snickers they had 1 kinder Bueno, 1 coco pops bar, 1 Kellogg's cereal bar & a digestive flapjack. They have been a complete shambles.

Easy jet on the other hand, brand new Airbus plane & an extensive non scutter menu - I was very impressed.

if you fly a lot with easyjet the easyjet plus card is worth the money. guarantees your bag onboard

Get thyself in one of those ruin pubs. Cracking. Something like Szimpla Kert was the one we spent a lot of time in. The baths are a great way to get through a hangover too.

When can I expect to be able to book for August 2017? Surely enough seasoned travellers knocking about who like an early bird

Fucking hell, I don't know what I'm doing in 2 weeks time never mind 2 bastard years!

I presume you went for the Kinder Bueno

If four pints and two main courses coming in at £7.20 is what you want then I recommend Kiev whilst the currency remains on its arse. Ale anywhere between 45p and 80p in the posh places. Cigs, well, you can't afford not to smoke.

What are the beaches like and can you get a full English for £2.99 though?
