He was very good against us at the Macron this season.............JSL

Can't remember him and wasn't aware of his name until this morning. He seems a character, though.

Just had a quick look at Madine's goal compilation and pretty much all of his goals are within the penalty area, he's scored a fair few headers, which you'd expect for his size and he can take a penalty too.

Least he scores with both feet and head could could be a poor mans Andy Carrol hopefully without the injuries.

Hey he looks decent enough for me, attacks the ball well and follows up for the tap-ins, like I said 1-4 is fine going for a target man. Surround him with pace and someone up with him who's a bit more prolific (Clough?) you could be on to a fairly successful partnership in this league. 30 goals between them? Not a massive ask and better than we've had in a long time. Edited by Anderson

Certainly not afraid of putting his head in where it hurts going off that.

He's no Chris Brown though.

Sounds like a nasty fucker who puts himself about, we need a couple of them in the team. As long as he doesn't end up back inside he could be decent for us.

If you mean the likes of rapist, killers and women beaters then yes - not at BWFC, but Madine twatted another man - a noble crime of honour, he was staring at his pint and supported another club (if you bother to read the report) also, you don't get out on tag after five of eighteen if you're a bad 'un.

The more I think about this signing the happier I am with it, just hope he can leave the trouble behind him and utilise his strengths on the pitch because he has all the attributes to be exactly the type of player we need
