Fuck's sake. We can talk all night about how we did this well and that well but we didn't put the ball in the fucking net

I'm sure that it will turn at some point but it's fucking frustrating when we don't look like we'll lose but neither do we look like we'll score a fucking goal....ever!!

We're defending well and that's first time for a long time, striker needed but the foundations being put in place, Lennons made some great signings with little money, I'll take the positives for now.

We have the worst shooting rate % in the league

So will I as I got sick and tired of our various keepers picking the ball out of the net and can't really complain about Lennon's signings but a goal every now and again would be nice. Just frustrating that's all

We didnt play that well but still had the better of the chances imo.

Clean sheet and defence looking half decent which i cant remember last time i thought that!

Madine missed another sitter which is a concern.

A good team would have still dug out a 1-0 there so we arent quite there yet but i can see some progress.

ZC immediately called for sub; shoulder again?

Out lonjg term, requires surgery

The appeal of Kevin Nolan just increased greatly.

Thought we played well second half, Sheff Wed not a bad side and we worked hard and deserved a point and a bit.

we got royally battered first 25

probably shaded the second

got better when clough went off

still very disappointed about his injury - gotta be a major concern going forward

moxey motm, again

Edited by Casino

A tad frustrated.

Thought they were a yard quicker in the first half and could've been at least one up.

A lot better second half, think Jules has raised the point of not breaking quick enough, though that was evident tonight, a lot of sideways then back then long balls.

I am liking our back four,

Hope the injury to Clough isn't as serious as last season, but it me be a blessing in disguise to try some thing different on Saturday,

It's 4 points from 6 last two homes which is a thumbs up from me.

Roll on Saturday

We would have collapsed last season at the end. Not this.

Poor up front again. Not sure whats going wrong. Form and confidence low.

Wellington had me up out of my seat about four or 5 times with his tricks. Cant remember the last time a wanderers plaayer has done that. Okocha?

Moxey and Wilson our two best players. Amos Prince and Derik close behind.

Sort that forward out and be quick.

They had 3 one on ones and one cleared of the line. I'll take the point

Just back. You'd have thought there were 20,000 on with how long it took to get off the retail park.

A clean sheet and four points from six will justifiably be seen as a success, but that was a pretty dreadful game of football.

Thought the back four performed admirably. Prince and Derik have their moments (though almost always it seems to be when it's an uncontested ball in the air) but it's the first time in a long while where we feel 'safe' at the back, especially with Moxey having another good game.

Bad news about Clough and that's going to be a worry long term, but I thought we looked a lot better going forward with Dobbie and Heskey.

Training for the rest of this week is to be split between passing the ball five yards to a white shirt, and taking pot shots at barn doors.

And tonight proved why supping in the concourse is normal behaviour.

What the fuckety was going on, there was a Hollands pie mascot, dancers, that game and that twat with the microphone

His other fucking shoulder

@OfficialBWFC: NL: "We're expecting to lose @ZachClough for a few months. It seems his other shoulder has popped out and that could require surgery." #BWFC

Have we secretly got DF back as attacking coach ? That was as bad as anything I've seen in recent seasons. Did we create any real chances ? Good job the defence has tightened up impressively.

We need a genuine striker, sure. But even he'll need chances created.

Thought they were better in the first half and could've been 2-0 up after 20 minutes.

We were better second half but hardly threatened.

Too many backward and sideways passes that got us nowhere.

Moxey motm.

Wednesday had done their homework on that one I reckon. Pressed quite high up during the first half so that Wellington couldn't get in his stride and so we were trying to play in a 20 yard space between halfway and their back four, and then in the second half just set up with nine men behind the ball. What worried me was that, even with Davies and Clough both on the field, we really didn't show any idea how to break them down or get in behind them.

Nowhere near as bad as I expected. Thought we did OK  and at least they looked hungry.

Anyway when did the North end of the East Lower become a haven for the sunshine bus?

Fuck mop it looked like the star wars bar.

Could've played all month and neither team would've scored. Great defensive display though, and Dann's worth ethic is fantastic. Think Silva needs a rest. Or at least a decision on what wing he's playing on.

We were shit and lucky not to lose

Fuck me they had some big units. Took that no.9 stump off and brought an even bigger one on.

Really pleased with the back 5, especially the fullbacks. Thought danns played well, but we desperately need pratley back asap, gutted for clough. Vela in for Saturday which will hopefully allow Davies to play further up top, he's playing far to deep.

GMR gave MOTM to Amos

Can't arfue with that, he kept us in it early on a few times when the players in front of him made mistakes to let them

In

We got more solid at the back though after that

We have no idea what to do going forward, clough wasn't in the game at all & Madine is not looking enough on his own

Need to try something different, maybe Dobbie for 90 If he can manage it

Desperate for Pratley to come back too

Think the latest on Pratley is out for a few more weeks

Could and should have been 2 or 3 down in first 10-15 minutes when Bannan ran the game. Usually that would have meant we folded.

Liking this back 4 though they can be prone to a mistake or two.

Dobbie made a difference, 2 shots on target in 2 minutes from coming on, more energy than Clough showed in 70 minutes.

Take a point after the start, disappointedn ot to win at the end.

Was the ref the same inept tossed that let Reading kick us off the park last season? The refusal to play advantage when Clough was through was a disgrace
