Wonder if he regrets leaving Bratfert?

I doubt it, he was only on 1K a week there and he was one of the lowest paid managers in the lower leagues.

Wonder if he regrets leaving Bratfert?

I heard that he had to leave anyway

I doubt it, he was only on 1K a week there and he was one of the lowest paid managers in Bradford .

Exactly.

Sour taste?? If there's no money in the pot there's no money in the pot. We lose £800k a month and Anderson aren't billionaires.

It's really not difficult to grasp.

Course it would leave a sour taste

It's more than likely it wasn't a deal set up by KA but if you get asked to do a job you expect to get paid particularly as the likes of davies and Pratley are still getting paid each month

What's everyone meant to do, write off their debts because PG spunked money left right and centre so the club can crack on, buy players and make money for KA?

PP might make some iffy signings, some team selections we don't get and some questionable substitutions. His preferred formation and style of play may not suit, but I am pretty sure he is a better manager than any of Lennon, Freedmen, Coyle and Megson.

He's not better than Megson.

You can't compare him to Megson, he was a PL Manager.

PP is a third tier manager, in charge of a third tier club. Done little as a Manager really.

Important few months for him.

He can't change a game IMO, one dimensional and although we've performed better than I thought, I'm unsure how much is down to him.

As read recently, one of our players is paid more than the whole Walsall squad.

Enough said.

He's not better than Megson.

Much less of a cunt though. Man management seems good.

Spot on. I don't know many people who would be 200k down and not be a bit sour about it for work done and not paid

They were better paid than most of the Championship but it didn't stop us getting properly relegated.

Wages don't make a team.

As for Megson, his Premier League manager status amounted to a season and a bit at West Brom (relegated) and less than two and a half seasons with us (well on the way to being relegated). That's three and a half seasons in 22 years.

What's Megson doing now?

Forget the football club bit, that's the name of the game as a contractor.

When your dealing with a company that's losing pots of cash by the bucket and just been taken over by new owners you must expect a rocky ride. It's all part of the game.

I've had firms go bust halfway through jobs, a firm currently owes me about £9k from last summer. It's just business.

Getting your knickers in a twist and bleating about it on social media will get you nowhere.

It's not like the warning signs weren't there. If it looks like your not getting paid, pull off site till you do. The club can't cancel players contracts to honour others because it's the players that bring the cash to the table in the first place.

Hopefully dying

Maybe he meant his hair.

The thing that still puzzles me is how does KA own more than half a footy club when he has a net outgoing if £0.

Surely he needs to stump up in excess of £4m before asking Deano for anymore funds?

Then he can let SS worry about servicing the debt with their share of any future income streams we manage to work out.

I think he stumped up initially. The in the out money is additional. I think...

That's not the way I read any of the accounts so far but perhaps it's not been covered yet. Maybe the deal is he works for free but he'd have to do about 40 years to make £4m

You may well be right. Though if he didn't put anything upfront how could he own any shares?

Surely some money had to be put up to show Ed and the league he had some?

Perhaps MR58 and pink E can get the info from the horse's mouth today regarding initial and additional funds and their ins and outs

He was quite strong with his questions, rightly so, but ka did well. Especially pointing out that next season won't be as difficult financially- a point made to the st perhaps.

He also reckons he's got money to put in!
