YTARMY Posted November 1, 2015 Share Posted November 1, 2015 I have watched it a few times , his brake lights were on all the time and horn signaling, it does look like his brakes failed he obviously knew the fence he hit was there to stop him reasonably safely, why didnt he turn ignition off pull handbrake on and straight to second and first gear to stop the car without ditching it. Witnesses are shockingly bad at recalling details when questioned. He has a red jumper, no, a blue one. A camera doesn't "think" it got the details right.
