Think that is because most do not pay it they are insured. 
You either pay $xx per month for insurance or $xx in extra tax. In the tax model the cost is for everyone so it costs more than the insurance model which excludes people. So if you are in the scheme it costs you less than taxation. You just have to ignore those who can not afford it. 
In a lot of instances health care is part of the benefits package with a job.

Probably not, he’s not an expert, he should take expert advice make decisions based on the experts opinion and also let experts do the interviews. The facts are USA doing better than virtually all of Europe, so perhaps he is taking that advice.

I wouldn’t expect him to, like I wouldn’t expect Boris too. I’d expect the health professionals who they appoint to have a better idea though. However it’s showing with the results worldwide it’s a learning curve for everyone

Italy didn't either. May have changed, but the hospital deaths is the method that most use as a basis for their ongoing plans as it is almost real time and therefore more useful.

Using death numbers on their own is unhelpful and provides no context other than understandable emotion.

These science people have to put that to one side for the greater good.

I’m not saying Trump can do no wrong, you again are jumping to conclusions, I’m just pointing out that he does get some things right but the haters won’t hear of anything other than Trump said it so it’s wrong.
