Your only beaten when you think your beaten, I'm Not there yet where there's still hope I'm believing we can get to safety and with only a 4 point gap we shouldn't be even thinking of chucking it in.

  • Then stop being a fanny and jumping on peoples back because they have the audacity to suggest that a 4 point gap is not insurmountable with 60 left to play for.   There's a good chance we'll go down

  • I pray we win but fear defeat. I enjoyed yesterday but Blackburn were poor, huddersfield won't be that bad

The oddest thing is that the season is still very much salvageable.

It really is. Considering how monumentally shit we've been - we're still only 4 points from safety. We just need to less monumentally shit for the second half of the season.

Rotherham and MK Dons coming up that has to be 2 wins to have any chance, the sad thing is they'll fancy it.

Dicked at Roth and second best to Hudders at home. I am now mentally prepared for League 1 football next season. I wonder how much season tickets will be?

If we start on -12 points they'll have to be cheap.

On paper, yes. With this team and our situation, I think we have no chance.

That was shocking !!!

Huddersfield gave us a lesson in simple football. Get the ball and with short simple passes keep hold of it.

Put Lennon on gardening leave. We are paying him to do sod all anyway.

Promote within the club.

We have nowt to lose.

Now then ,what to do when we have been demoralized at home.

Head to the pub. To find a new formation present.

I give you gentlemen

The Squelcher , The Squirter and The Sponge.

Plenty of banter, raised a few to Lemmy.

Hawkwind and Motorhead blasting out.

A couple of rounds of killer pool.

Grumpy Bat off form .

Due to very large extended family do, only a couple of die hards heading for Eastleigh next week.

The Shark and Dawwn Sarrff.

Let's hope we surprise a few people and actually win.

Unchanged

I don't think it's not getting paid that's making them play shite

You only have to look at how they played for the first 25 minutes yesterday and also for large parts of the Blackburn game to see that

It's down to confidence being on the floor, they fall behind and it's game over (bar the Charlton anomaly)

That's got a lot to do with management. Will Jimmy Phillips change that, probably not but its at the stage now where we have nothing to lose

If we had a few quid to attract a decent manager in then that would help, but we don't. Mind you if we had a few quid we could also get a decent striker in and we would have been 1 or 2 up inside the first 20 minutes yesterday

Can't understand what went wrong after the first 20 minutes. That said, early in the second half the game was crying out for us to change our midfield as we were getting overrun. Then when a sub was made it was totally wrong, so only 1 person to blame for that. Thought vela and wheater were superb again, but a few noticeable challenges pulled out of by certain players gave the impression a few have maybe got deals lined up to leave and didn't want to get injured. The difference with the Blackburn game was it was on TV, so they were all in the shop window. Such a shame with the way the results went as well, we have to count our blessings we are still in touch with such a bad record.

Can't understand why woolery doesn't get a chance? Got plenty of pace scores plenty for u-21s, maybe lennon doesn't get on with him, a bit like spearing.

On a seperate note, why don't they sell all the lower tier to the away team? I understand that there's a cost issue in opening the upper tier but there was 400 seats empty yesterday. Surely we shouldn't be turning away that revenue at £25 a ticket.

They figured out our only outlet is feeney so they put two men on him.

Such a simple manoeuvre that we had no answer for.

The game was lost from that moment.

We must be the easiest team to prepare for in the league. Stop feeney. That's it.

I presume the gap between them and the savages in the ESL is on police advice but it did look a bloody big gap to me.

Anyhow, I've woken up still a bit grumpy about yesterday's capitulation. Play for 90 minutes you cunts, not 25. Even if Lennon hasn't got a clue, pretend you at least know one another and practice together all week.

I thought huddersfield played very well. They pressed us but when they had the ball slowed it right down. I can't remember seeing so many triangles in one game.

I think that Wagner fella could do well for them. We looked turd compared to them

When we put pressure on them early on they were a mistake waiting to happen with all the passing around at the back.

Then we gave up and it was piss easy for them to pass the ball around.

Wankers.

Think the 2 against 3 in centre midfield was more the key to the game it ment by they had more quality possession after 20 minutes, also they mixed it up well played pass pass pass then changed it front to back very quickly every now and again very simple stuff. It was very clear we needed tactical change at half time it didn't happen and they should have scored first minute second half and we didn't heed that warning. Whoever comes into the club when Lennon leaves needs to make us harder to play against at the moment we're playing a very open game and that's not what's needed at the bottom of the table.

Is he still at the club and have the players all been sold yet!

Shit highlights.

Even our YouTube channel is shite.

YouTube out!!!

As easy as it was to mark Our attacking players out the game, if we pressed together with something like a structured game plan they weren't good enough not to make mistakes.

Nothing short of fucking laziness and lack of application to work in a shape from too many.

Unless they don't agree with the shape and are hanging Lennon out to dry?

Perhaps both.

We pressed as a unit first 20 mins

After that it was in ones and twos meaning they picked off the holes

Schoolboy stuff

What couldn't NL see it though? Tell you what, not cos he's not got a transfer budget

There was an instance second half where Clough pressed the centre half almost causing an error if Madine followed up we'd of has a chance of being 2 on 2

Neil Lennon is the worst manager we've ever had, tactically inept and incapable of motivating the players

Madine makes my piss boil. He's one workshy mard bastard. Both clough and madine did no where near enough pressing yesterday especially madine. He literally didn't try yesterday. It's unforgivable. Pratley was coming from midfield to press there centre halves at times as if to prove a point to the lazy twat. Also when clough put that ball across the 6 yard box. That lazy twat stood on his heels. It was the right ball into space. Madine has striker instints. He didn't read it. That lad is a fuckin bad un. His lack of effort is a disgrace.

which suited huddersfield just fine

he was just taking himself out of the game
