Doubt Amos would stay at 13K a week (Apparently) Clayton injury prone. Would prefer us to try and keep Holding, Vela, Clough and I would keep Feeney If we go down, he might not be every ones cup of tea, but I reckon he'd stay and I bet he isn't on top dollar.

On another note, a mate of mine commented last week as to how Amos seems to get beat by long range efforts a lot, did again today, his reasoning is he is short sighted, and could have a point, as he is excellent shot stopper otherwise

Really would like Shola to stay until end of the season he's got that bit of touch of class something a little bit different we don have otherwise, Holding I like, one word sums up his game up "diligent" does not switch off and I really like that especially in a young kid, looks a good athlete as well. Just lovely to see us win a league game.

Amos had no chance with that today but yes he does get beat from distance too often. More lack of experience and confidence than anything else - he is a decent keeper and will have a long career in the top 2 division's imo

MK Dons were easy the worst side we have played this season but you can only beat what's in front of you.

 

Holding was superb, Trotter a big presence, usual graft from Pratley rewarded with a goal.

 

Agree with Daz bob, thought Mark Davies was a little ineffectual - sliced them open with a belting slide rule pass in for Feeney just after our second goal which sums him up - should be hurting teams at nil nil, not just when we are comfortable

.

Fans were superb today, particularly after their goal.

Does vela no favours in proving himself and developing. But needs must.

As fans we take some stick and we call ourselves, but it has to be a big pat on the back today. Take the Feeney situation as an example, we shamed the vocal idiots and embarrassed them for their irrational tirades. Fans today, in the main, recognised his efforts and vocal encouragement and appreciation was noticeable, no coincidence then that he performed admirably and was extremely effective throughout the game (that and a shit left back ????)

Yes think the physicality they brought was important today.

 

We have played better football in the first half a few times this season, failed to score and then been punished.

First game in a long time due to work and family commitment. Took the little un to his first proper game. He loved it and lasted the full match with not much fuss. Hopefully he's hooked. Had money on 3-1 bolton so all in all a good day.
