October 15, 20169 yr Great performance, vast improvement compared to the Oxford fiasco. Spearing ran the game, Thorpe looks a classy player too in the defensive mid position and Ameobi had a great game too. Well done to young Zach Clough, fantastic free kick for our first goal.

Thorpe hasn't impressed me when at centre half but got through a ton of work today and looked comfortable on the ball. Class from Clough for the free kick and a nice predatory instinct for the second. A good day's work.
October 15, 20169 yr We were discussing that today. Reckon at this level having beevers,wheater, spearing and clough could be enough of a core. Hopefully Thorpe can step up as well.
