  • Ah, those lads who wanted their country back , upset by foreigners who came over on boats pinching  all the houses and land and changing the native culture and not assimilating into it.  thought you

  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

3 and a bit episodes into crime drama Traces on Alibi. Good to see Partington & Bolton being used in the scenes even though it’s set in Dundee.

Partington makes Bolton look like Beverley Hills

Loved the game looking forward to a post Christmas binge of the show.

Hoping the series will get me into the game. Just can’t find time to have a bash, like the good old days of San Andreas. Pesky kids interfering with my gaming.

Generally play once my crotch goblin has gone to bed.

Witcher 3 especially is such a vast game it'd take some serious dedication to 100% it.

BBC usually make a classic that I'll watch over Christmas

Struggled with last night's Christmas carol

All a bit too dark

Surprisingly, wife loved it so might try it again before tonight's instalment

Same people who made Taboo I think, split our house down the middle as well.

I'm looking forward to The Tiger Who Came To Tea on something like C4 on Christmas Eve

Enjoyed both episodes so far, as you say dark with its own adaptation.

Tried 2 episodes of The Witcher. It’s a bit shit really

when english football ruled europe itv4

If this Gavin and Stacey xmas special was a dog it would have been put down after the first 5 minutes.

Just watched it and if that's comedy...

I've been to funnier funerals

I enjoyed it

Started off as a bit of a forced attempt to shoehorn as many catchphrases as possible but it grew as it went on and loved it eventually. Laughed, cried and jaw dropped open at the end.

Just watched The Irishman and after hearing mixed reviews on here, was pleasantly surprised, thought it was fucking brilliant.

soz...this should have gone in the films thread.

Oh

For the survivalists amongst us, and the environmentally concerned, look on BBC iPlayer for " The last igloo ".

Worzel Gummidge was fckin brilliant

Think there's one more ep but surely deserves a series after that first one.

Caught up on gavin and Stacey...never seen all of em before just the odd episode.

Me and the Mrs were loving the 'were more than just mum and dad' scene!

Good TV. Quite like James corden on his megastar US Shit too!

Me and the sprog have watched the entire Julia Donaldson collection on iPlayer. Gruffalo, Gruffalos child, Snail and The Whale, Room on the broom, Stick Man, Highway Rat.

All absolutely superb.

Don’t justify it Matt. Folk just saying it’s shit to be different. If you didn’t laugh at it chances are you are a dull cunt
