  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Amstel and Bailey ripping the piss out of the pantomime-punk "Donny Tourette" was excellent television.

Enjoyed it. Understand why some folk won’t but thought it was good. Not top drawer but better than most of the current shite 8/10

Enjoyed it, agree not top drawer but good viewing. Felt like there was a few points which could've been explained better with how the cook got involved etc.

I thought Vigil was a poor finale, like they had to rush to get everything wrapped up. In an hour. Like when she was suddenly pulled out of the torpedo tube.

Got to admit, up until the final episode it’s been a decent watch but you were always thinking all the questions you’d formulated whilst watching would be answered in the last one. Too much has gone untold. Like why the XO was such a cunt to the DCI on the first few. Why the Boatswain went from nice, helpful guy to cunt to nice, helpful but poisoned guy. Was the fact he was shagging the medical officer relevant? The guy who ended up under house arrest and a future of being drummed out of the navy suddenly saved the day? Doubtful.

I stayed over when we played Barrow and had a walk around the outside perimeter of the BAE submarine building yard so obviously I’m something of an expert but just how big, at 5 levels, was that sub?

Steve Coogan to play Jimmy Saville in ITV documentary

he'll no doubt still manage to  make me laugh

Christina Ricci, Tina Platt, Hayden Pattatone, Alison Lohman and her out of Doctor Who and that 70s hippy killer BBC thing can play some of his victims...

The Yanks and Russians have subs that are far bigger than ours...

That 0.7m by the yanks is the most American thing I’ve ever seen
