I've no idea, I dont have a list of uncontracted players, hopefully Tobias does.  But who's out of contract now and who's available in a few months will be 2 different things.  I'm guessing the top earners at each club that's struggling financially (which will be most of us) will be "encouraged" to find a new club.  Transfer fees wont be a thing at our level in the next year or so, it will be who's willing to commit to a contract (at the higher end of the earnings scale).  As someone else said, if you're going to be in an embargo there's no better time.
