Interesting that Charles and Collins have same agent. I’d be surprised if Collins a replacement for Dion.

Not in the league, and Collins beat him in assists by 11 to 1

All the while playing for a club that finished 17th

He looks quicker and stronger too

8 assists this season, second highest. He'll get a lot more chances in our set-up and all.

Dion Charles had scored 1 in 8 (0 in the league) when we signed him from Accy. Worked out alright...

I wanted us to sign him on a free from FGR when we first went up, but we signed Kachunga and Bakayoko instead.

Looks a good signing. Someone will be off though, don't think it will be Charles. Bruce Rioch said he wanted four good strikers, Walker, Mcginlay, Coyle and Mixu. Are we getting towards that kind of quality??

Jerome has to be nearing his final playing days. Either moving elsewhere or going into coaching.

Whatever happens Dan is out till more or less end of season.

But, tbh, I doubt Ennis will come if Collins does.

Think we only wanted ennis on a loan deal, he only signed a four year deal at the beginning of the season, and the last 2 or 3 years has been injury prone

Comparing smith and Collins, smith has a better scoring record, maybe Collins is more creative.

Took a look at the gas forum and many feel Collins has been poor this season and has a bad attitude 

Not sure what to think but IE must be wanting the signing

According to Wiki.

Smith has 48 league career goals and 34 in the last 3 seasons

Collins  63 career goals with 35 in the last 3.

Both poor for strikers when you look at goals per game

Pity we can’t prise that Cole from Barnsley; he would be definitely what we need this season and be good in the championship

Not overly interested in assists frankly. They muddy the waters somewhat as they don't account for how a team plays overall.

Dion is our main goalscorer and that's his job- others set them up for him (if he's not doing it himself)

He scored more overall last season, the rest is moot, until they both play for the same side. Even then they will do so not in competition, but in conjuction.
